No, the price shown on Site96.com is only for the Sitelium website design service we provide. We only charge for our own service; third-party product/service fees are not included.

In addition, you will need third-party services:

Sitelium Pro license to host your designed website and unlock all the pro features and functionality for your website. It costs $14.99/month on average.
Custom domain name to make it easier for people to find and remember your site with a web address like www.yourdomain.com. It costs $1/month on average.

Before placing your order, you must have a Sitelium PRO account. Because we will design your website on the Sitelium platform. Once your site is built, we will transfer it to your Sitelium account. There is no need for website maintenance. Sitelium offers super fast hosting, security, uptime, and more. If you don't have a Sitelium account, create one now.

The minimum period for creating a website is 7 days. If you need a website ready quickly, we ask you to prepare all the content and information used on the website in advance, as well as to respond promptly to our emails. By having all the necessary information and minimizing the time allotted, we can create your site faster.

Yes, If you are not satisfied with the quality of the web design, you can request a refund until the design is approved. We happily refund your purchase full amount for the web design plan.

If you approve the site or we transfer it to your account, the project is considered completed, and the funds spent on its development are non-refundable.

Note: All add-on service sales are final and non-refundable. Also, sales are final and non-refundable if you order to us without a Sitelium PRO account.
